Mr. Otswong’o is the Technical Director of Random Forks IP. He is a qualified Patent Examiner in Biomedical Sciences at KIPI since 2000 and registered Intellectual Property Agent with KIPI. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree from the University of Delhi, India and Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Biochemistry, University of Poona, India. In addition, Fredrick holds a series of Advanced Certificates in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO WW Academy, Geneva, Switzerland.

Dr. Evans O. Sikinyi
Evans Sikinyi holds a Ph. D, Horticulture from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, U.S.A., a MSc. Plant Breeding, University of Nairobi and a BSc. Agriculture from the University of Nairobi. He is a Board Member of the National Biosefety Authority (NBA) in Kenya, a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee (IPC) of the International Seed Federation (ISF), a member of the WEMA product deployment team, AATF and also a Member of the Technical Working Group for Agribusiness & Financial Services under the Agricultural Sector Coordinating Unit.

Mr. Antony holds a diploma in journalism from Moi University. He has also worked as a supervisor at Globetrack International.
