PCT – The International Patent Filing System
We assist applicants in seeking international patent protection for their inventions to file their application through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). By filing one international patent application under the PCT, applicants can simultaneously seek protection for an invention in 148 countries throughout the world.
Madrid System – The International Trademark Filing System
We help applicants to file and register international trademarks via the Madrid System as a one- stop solution for registering and managing marks worldwide.
OAPI
We assist clients to register patents and trademarks under the African Intellectual Property Organization (better known under the acronym OAPI for its French name, Organisation Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle) to ensure that ensures the protection of intellectual property rights in 17 African French speaking countries. These are: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Guinea Bissau, Senegal and Togo.
African Regional Intellectual Property Organization
We help clients to protect intellectual property rights in the following 19 ARIPO contracting states: Botswana, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Rwanda, São Tomé and Príncipe, Somalia, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
